• conducting due diligence on our community partners and assessing their projects for funding so we are clear about their purpose and outcomes
• conducting a bi-annual Community Needs Analysis to remain abreast of the community issues facing Ballarat
• providing regular feedback to our donors about the impact of their donation
• connecting our donors to the projects we are supporting through our Seeing is Believing and Corporate Connect volunteering programs
• making public all our audited financial statements
• working towards distributing at least 87.5% of workplace giving donations back into the community
