United Way Ballarat Funding Applications 2013

This page contains all the forms that you will require to apply for funding in 2013.

Agencies wishing to apply for funding from the Ballarat Community Fund will be required to select one of four application forms that meets your requirements.

Applications can only be submitted electronically: they can be partially completed and saved for later editing /completion, using your own password.

ONLY when you are satisfied that the application form has been fully completed should the SUBMIT button be used.

2. Then go to the application form which suits the level of funding you are seeking:


1. Application for up to $2000

2. Application for between $2000 and $5000

3. Application for more than $5000

4. Application for multi-year funding up to 3 years
