Funding Applications for 2010

Agencies wishing to apply for funding from the Ballarat Community Fund in 2010 will be required to register as a community partner (above) and then complete the appropriate forms below. (they are available in multiple formats please choose the one most suitable for your needs

Applications can only be submitted electronically and are available in different formats if you have any problems or questions please contact us on the details at the bottom of this page.
