Ballarat Cares and Ballarat Volunteer Resource Centre Become UNITED

United Way Ballarat has publicly announced the formation of Volunteering Ballarat.

Working with Volunteering Australia and Volunteering Victoria, Volunteering Ballarat has been established to combine the strengths of three agencies working for the betterment of our city and its surrounding regions.

Volunteering Ballarat is a combination of the volunteering activity of United Way Ballarat, the former Ballarat Cares corporate volunteer organisation and the Ballarat Volunteer Resource Centre combined into a newly expanded function under the United Way Ballarat umbrella. The Volunteer Resource Centre staff and volunteers have now moved premises to United Way’s new offices at Level 1, 3 Peel Street South.
